Rekha Sampath

Rekha Sampath has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the finance and technology sectors. Rekha is currently a Senior Vice President at Eastern Bank, where they are responsible for financial and performance analysis within the Technology Division. Prior to this, they worked at MassMutual as the Head of Investor Relations and Financial Communications, where they led a team in developing financial messaging for various audiences. Rekha also has experience as a Managing Director at BMO Financial Group, Vice President at Scotiabank, Vice President at Broadridge, and Assistant Vice President at Sun Life Financial, where they played key roles in strategy, corporate development, investor relations, and financial analysis. Rekha has also worked at State Street, Deloitte & Touche, Morgan Stanley, and Goldman Sachs, gaining expertise in market research, strategy, and equity research. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership skills and a strategic mindset.

Rekha Sampath completed their education at various prestigious institutions. Rekha pursued an MBA in Finance (Honors) from The Wharton School between 2000 and 2002. In 2022, they also participated in the Wharton Executive Education program, specializing in Fintech Revolution: Transformative Financial Services and Strategies. Prior to their MBA, Rekha completed their undergraduate studies at the University of Toronto from 1991 to 1995, earning a BASc degree in Computer Engineering (Honors).
