Nadia Marsh has extensive experience in executive roles within the healthcare sector. Nadia started their career at Flinders University as a Senior Program Manager, where they developed strategic plans and reported to the Board of Management. Nadia then worked at Northern Melbourne Medicare Local (NMML) as a Board Secretariat and Company Secretary, overseeing compliance and supporting the start-up of a new company. Currently, they serve as an Executive Director with Eastern Melbourne PHN, where they implement strategies for corporate governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance. Nadia has also served as the Interim Executive Director, overseeing HR, communications, and quality functions. Throughout their career, Nadia has demonstrated strong leadership and expertise in driving innovation and continuous improvement.

Nadia Marsh completed a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree from Monash University from 2005 to 2008. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Research from the University of Tasmania, which they completed from 1993 to 1997. Nadia also holds a Bachelor Science with Honours degree from the University of Melbourne, achieved from 1987 to 1991. Additionally, Nadia obtained certifications in First Aid from St Johns Ambulance in March 2022 and as a Standard Mental Health First Aider from Mental Health First Aid Australia in 2021.
