Ann Nkune is a seasoned leader in social enterprise and community service, with over 25 years of experience across various roles. As the Founder of Bloomsbury Beginnings CIC since October 2012, Ann has spearheaded initiatives that support parent entrepreneurs, including a Start Up programme for over 500 participants and a peer coaching programme for female founders. Ann's consultancy work with Eastside People since January 2021 focuses on mentoring charities in the criminal justice system and vulnerable populations, enhancing their operational capacity. Previously, Ann held significant roles including Assistant Director at Westminster City Council, where strategic management of crime reduction services was emphasized, and Head of Youth Offending Service for the London Borough of Lewisham, recognized for elevating performance standards. Ann’s broad experience includes project management at Crime Concern and establishing policies at the Office of Justice Assistance.
