Sean Aryai

Sean Aryai has a long and successful career in technology. Sean began their career in 1999 as the Director of OEM Marketing and Product Management at Systemax, where they directed the product roadmap and national marketing efforts resulting in $150M+ in annual revenues. In 2004, they joined CA Technologies as the Senior Director of Public Sector Compliance and went on to hold several other roles including Program Director of the Global Service Provider & System Integrator BU, Senior Director of Digital Commerce & Business Development, Director of Global Maintenance, and Director of Global Channel Strategy. In 2018, they joined Open Access Technologies, Inc. as a Board Member, Accessibility Advisor, and Product Strategy. In 2019, they were the Senior Director and Head of Product & UX (User Experience) for Cox Automotive Inc. and in 2021 they joined EasyWorkforce Software as the Executive Vice President of Customer Centric.

Sean Aryai has a Bachelor of Science in Professional and Technical Communication from the Rochester Institute of Technology. Sean also has a Master of Business Administration from the Townsend School of Business at Dowling College, with a focus on Leadership and Management. Sean has also completed executive education programs from Harvard Business School in B2B Marketing Strategy and from the MIT Sloan School of Management in Fundamentals of Finance. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from Echelon Front for the Extreme Ownership Foundation Course Completion, from Scaled Agile, Inc. for Certified SAFe Agilist, from IPED for the Channel Master's Program, from Brown & Brown Dealer Services for F&I Ethics and Compliance, and from CA Technologies for the Global Future Leaders Development Program.
