Ashish Kanase

Ashish Kanase is an experienced Engineering Manager currently employed at Eaton since January 2014, specializing in xEV Transmission. With a solid background in powertrain gear and bearing systems for commercial vehicles, Ashish has held various roles including Team Lead and Senior Engineer. Prior experience includes engineering roles at Romax Solutions Ltd, focusing on gear and bearing design/analysis, and at Bharat Forge Ltd, where significant projects included the development of a ball screw drive system. Ashish holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Electric Vehicles from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, a Master of Technology in Automotive Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Rajarambapu Institute of Technology.
