Gerald R. Williams

Gerald R. 'Astro' Williams, PhD, PMP, is an accomplished aerospace engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership and technical roles. Since January 2014, Gerald has served as the Aerospace Senior Chief Engineer at Eaton Aerospace, overseeing design and development engineering operations while successfully addressing critical integration issues for major clients, effectively avoiding significant financial penalties. Previously, as Director of Operations at ENSCO, Inc., Gerald implemented strategies that reversed a $2 million financial deficit. Gerald also has a strong academic background as a professor of various programming and engineering courses at Columbia College, recognized as Instructor of the Year. Gerald's military service includes being a retired USAF Officer involved in United Nations operations and earlier service as a radar technician in the United States Marine Corps. Educational qualifications encompass a PhD in Computer Information Systems, an MS in Software Engineering, and various degrees and certifications in engineering and business.
