Luis Silva

Luis Silva has held various roles in operations, engineering, and continuous improvement throughout their career. Luis has worked for companies such as Eberle Design, Inc., L-3 Communications, Northrop Grumman Corporation, Intel Corporation, and The Chamberlain Group, Inc. Luis has also been involved in the aerospace industry, serving as a member of the Aerospace and Defense Commission at the Arizona Commerce Authority. With a background in Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arizona, Luis has contributed to the implementation of Six Sigma and Lean initiatives to improve yields, throughput, and reduce costs.
