Dr. Michael Kempf

Dr. Michael Kempf has extensive experience in the field of research and development in the beverage industry. Dr. Michael began their career in 2009 as an Assistant Manager in Analytik at Doehler Group. In 2010, they joined Symrise AG and held various roles including Manager Analytical Services, Manager Technical Competence Development, Manager Technical Flavor Development, and Technical Director for Alcoholic and Non-Alcoholic Beverages in the Europe, Africa, and Middle East region. In 2017, they became the Technical Director for Beverage Business Unit in the same region. In 2020, Dr. Kempf moved to Eckes-Granini, where they are currently serving as the Director of Research and Development and Quality Assurance.

Dr. Michael Kempf obtained their PhD in Lebensmittelchemie (food chemistry) from The Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg between 2000 and 2009.
