Sam Goldsmith has varied experience in customer service and community care roles. Currently, Sam is working as an Inclusive Employment Team Manager and Consultant at ECL Person-centred Care, assisting individuals with learning disabilities and/or Autism to develop their skills and gain work experience. Previously, Sam worked as a Community Care Assistant, focusing on supporting vulnerable adults to enhance their quality of life and participation in their community. Prior to this, Sam worked as a Customer Service Assistant at Tesco, handling customer inquiries and complaints, serving customers, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
