Mounir Ben Hfaiedh

Mounir BEN HFAIEDH currently serves as the Contact Center Manager at Groupe ECOCERT since March 2020, overseeing the management of the Ecocert Contact Center. Mounir has extensive experience in the customer relations field, having held various leadership roles at Pro Direct Services from January 2014 to the present, including Directeur WFM & Analytics and Responsable du pilotage - Centres de relation client. Previously, Mounir worked at MeilleurContact as Responsable planification & statistiques from April 2011 to December 2013 and held positions at Teleperformance from February 2005 to December 2010, such as Directeur de production and Program Manager. Mounir is an alumnus of Ecole supérieure de commerce de Tunis.
