Angela Busch is executive vice president of Corporate Strategy and Business Development for Ecolab Inc., the global leader in water, hygiene and energy technologies and services that protect people and vital resources.
In her current role, Busch is responsible for Ecolab's new business ventures and business development activities as well as the company's merger and acquisition (M&A) initiatives.
Previously, Busch was senior vice president of corporate development and responsible for acquisitions, divestitures and alliances in support of Ecolab's strategic objectives related to its global portfolio of business and activities.
Prior to joining Ecolab in 2006, Busch held several positions related to strategy development and acquisition work including most recently managing director of Merger and Acquisitions at RBC Capital Markets. She previously held positions in Mergers and Acquisitions and Planning and Business Development at Honeywell and Land O’Lakes. Her background also includes tenure as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, where she focused on strategic initiatives for clients in the healthcare industry. Busch began her career as an engineer with ADC Telecommunications.
Busch received a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota Institute of Technology. She also received a master’s degree in Management from the Kellogg School of Management and juris doctor from Northwestern University School of Law.
