Michele Zarri Msc

Michele Zarri MSc, GDE serves as a Managing Consultant at Economic Consulting Associates (ECA), providing specialized economic and regulatory advice in the water and energy sectors since October 2022. Prior to ECA, Michele held the position of Economic Regulation Manager at Thames Water, focusing on enhancing business case quality for significant investments. Michele's experience also includes roles as Senior Regulatory Economist at National Grid and Senior Economist at Ofgem, where responsibilities encompassed protecting consumer interests in energy markets. Additional experience includes serving as a Policy Advisor at the Department of Energy and Climate Change, a Carbon Audit Placement at The Carbon Trust, a Legal Advisor at Stilgas Service New Technologies Ltd, and a Legal Assistant at Maurizio Ferlini LLP. Michele holds a Graduate Diploma in Economics from Birkbeck, University of London, an MSc in Energy and Climate Change from The University of Edinburgh, and an LLB in Law from The University of Bologna.
