John Ndafoka

John Ndafoka is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in desktop support and technical analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Desktop Support Engineer at EDF Trading since July 2023, John previously held the position of Desktop Support Analyst at EDF Trading from June 2017 to August 2023. Additionally, John has been with Sompo Canopius since February 2012 as a 2nd and 3rd Line Technical Support Analyst, where responsibilities included providing support for physical desktops, virtual PCs, printers, desk phones, and mobile devices, and participating in a major transformation project. John holds an Hons Degree in Business Studies from Anglia Ruskin University, completed in 2010.
