Mike Berger

Mike Berger's work experience begins in 1994 when they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Arcada Software. Mike then worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Seagate Software from 1996 to 1999, followed by a position as a Senior Software Engineer at VERITAS Software from 1999 to 2002.

From 2003 to 2004, Mike served as a Software Engineer and IT Consultant at Phacor / Carl Zeiss Surgical. In 2004, they joined MyProSeller as a Principal Software Engineer / Manager of Information Technologies, where they developed PHP-based web software for eBay processing until 2007.

In 2007, Mike became a Senior Principal Software Engineer at Jennings Aeronautics, Inc., where they developed software for Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) until 2022. During their time at Jennings Aeronautics, the company incorporated and changed its name from Jennings Engineering in 2010.

Mike also had various other roles throughout their career. Mike worked as an IT Consultant at San Luis Computer Services from 2002 to an unspecified date. Mike served as an IT Consultant and part-time website and system software developer at ShuShu Style (formerly Baby Chic Boutique) from 2004 to an unspecified date. From 2008 to 2009, Mike was a treasurer and board member of the Central Coast Code Camp, an organization that held a free software developer seminar.

Most recently, Mike joined Edge Autonomy in 2022 as a Senior Principal Software Engineer.

Mike Berger completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, attending from 1984 to 1988. In 1992, they briefly studied Computer Science at Boston University, although they did not obtain a degree from there. In 1987, Mike attended the University of Massachusetts Lowell for a short period, but it is not specified what they studied. Before their college education, Mike graduated from Chelmsford High School in 1984. Additionally, in February 1991, they obtained a Private Pilot (ASEL) certification from the Federal Aviation Administration.
