Caroline Huss

Caroline Huss has a diverse work experience in various roles within the education and finance industries. Caroline is currently working at EF Educational Tours as the Vice President of People since October 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Director of People & Culture at the same company from September 2022 to November 2023.

Before joining EF Educational Tours, Caroline worked at EF International Language Campuses as the Director of Recruitment & Development from January 2021.

From 2013 to 2021, Caroline held multiple roles at EF Education First, including Head of Recruitment & Development in Japan, Regional Finance Director for Asia, and Finance Manager for Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam.

Caroline also has experience as the Founder & Director of Organic Family Ltd from November 2010 to October 2013, as well as working as an Assistant Regional Finance Manager at EF Education First from February 2008 to November 2010.

Their earlier work experience includes a role as an HR/Payroll Accountant at EF International Language Campuses from May 2007 to February 2008, and an Accountant at Grand Hôtel Stockholm, Sweden from September 2002 to August 2004.

Caroline Huss completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Jönköping International Business School between 2004 and 2007. Caroline also participated in an exchange program in Business Administration at the City University of Hong Kong in 2006. Additionally, Caroline obtained certifications in Talent Management, Learning LinkedIn Recruiter, Brand Leadership, and Employee Engagement from LinkedIn in the year 2022.
