Rachit Saxena

Rachit Saxena has a strong background in patent research and operations. Rachit began their career as a Patent Illustrator at LawScribe, Inc. in 2008 and worked there until 2010. Rachit then joined UnitedLex as a Senior Associate from 2010 to 2013. Since 2013, Rachit has been working at Effectual Services, starting as a Senior Associate and gradually progressing to Assistant Manager, Manager - Operations, and Senior Manager roles. Rachit is currently the Associate Vice President - Operations at Effectual Services, where they are responsible for patent research and analytics, patent illustrations, and providing and managing patent landscape and intelligence services. Rachit's expertise lies in performing patent prior art searches, novelty searches, FTO searches, and claim mapping. Rachit is well-versed in the norms and guidelines of patent offices such as the USPTO, PCT, EPO, and AusPat.

Rachit Saxena obtained their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Uttar Pradesh Jobs and Careers between 2002 and 2006.
