Brian Miller has over 30 years of work experience in various roles. Brian started their career in 1990 at IBM PC Company as a Sr. Staff Engineer, where they designed power systems for ThinkPad notebook PCs and developed battery charging algorithms. In 1995, they joined Ericsson as a Design Engineer. In this role, they worked on various projects until 1998. From 1998 to 2015, Brian worked at Semtech as a Sr. Field Applications Engineer, collaborating with design engineers to promote Semtech's products and define new applications for existing products. Since 2016, Brian has been working at Efficient Power Conversion (EPC) as a Sr. Field Applications Engineer, where they assist design engineers in utilizing GaN FETs to create smaller, faster, and more efficient products.
Brian Miller earned their Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Duke University. Brian later pursued a Master's degree in Science from the same institution.
