Tero Javanainen

Tero Javanainen has extensive work experience in project management and leadership roles. Tero started their career in 1996 as an Automation Designer at Pöyry. From 1999 to 2000, they worked as an Application Specialist at Pöyry. In 2000, they joined Cencorp and served as an Application Specialist and later as a Manager of Information Management. In 2008, Tero moved to EVRY Finland and held various positions including Project Manager and Account Manager, responsible for Microsoft Dynamics AX projects and additional sales. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as a Project Manager atBusiness, managing projects in Sharepoint, custom .NET, and Sitecore CMS. In 2013, Tero returned to EVRY Finland as a Program Manager, Team Manager, and eventually as a Project Manager. Tero joined Efima Oyj in 2017 as a Senior Project Manager and progressed to roles such as Practice Lead, Tech, Senior Manager of ERP, and Project Management Office Lead. Currently, they are serving as a Project Director, leading a group of project managers and overseeing the development of project management methodologies and tools.

Tero Javanainen began their education at Lohjan Lukio from 1989 to 1992, where they received their Ylioppilas degree. Tero then attended the Espoo-Vantaa Institute of Technology from 1993 to 1999, earning a B.Sc. in Automation.
