Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a strong background in nutrition, business management, and compliance. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana specializes in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Concurrently, Mariana holds the position of Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previously, Mariana operated Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, worked as a nutritionist at a private practice from February 2016 to 2019, and taught courses related to applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food at a vocational school from August 2016 to August 2017.
