Alan McIntyre Smith

Alan McIntyre Smith has a diverse work experience in the film industry. Alan McIntyre started their career as an intern at Good Machine in 1997. Alan McIntyre then worked as a freelance cinematographer and filmmaker from 1997 onwards. In 2004, they became a cinematography instructor at Purchase College, SUNY, and in 2011, they took on a similar role at Rutgers University. In 2015, they worked as a cinematographer for the feature film comedy/drama "Loserville". Smith joined Electric Entertainment, Inc. in 2017 as a Director of Photography and worked there until joining Lionsgate in 2019. Currently, they are the Director at STARGAZER Film, starting in 2021.

Alan McIntyre Smith attended the University of Notre Dame from 1993 to 1997. During this time, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Film, Television, and Theatre.
