Agnieszka Paprota

Agnieszka Paprota has over 15 years of progressive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Manufacturing HR Lead for Electrolux in Poland since February 2016. Previous roles at Electrolux include Country HR Manager and HR Business Partner for both Plant and Supply Chain Centre and general HR business partnering. Prior to Electrolux, Agnieszka worked at Mondelēz International from May 2008 to February 2016, holding positions such as HR Business Partner, HR Manager, and HR Specialist. Additional experience includes HR Specialist roles at Quad/Graphics and HR Coordinator at Jaipur Carpets. Agnieszka began their career as an HR Assistant at Go4Customer. Educational qualifications include a master's degree in Production from Technical University Kielce, a Postgraduate degree in Social Psychology in Change Management from Uniwersytet SWPS, and a Postgraduate degree in Train the Trainer based on NVC from Dojrzewalnia Róż.
