Michelle Pruett

Michelle Pruett, MBA is currently the Sr. Director Business Process & Logistics at Element Biosciences since July 2021. Prior to this role, Michelle held various positions at BD for over 20 years, starting as a Production Planner II and working their way up to roles such as Senior Manager, Global Supply Chain and Associate Director, Global Business Process. Michelle holds an MBA in Supply Chain from the University of San Diego and a BA in Microbiology and Management-Organizational Behavior from Miami University.
