Luke Skinner

Luke Skinner currently serves as the Principal Environmental Advisor at Elemental Consulting Services, a position held since July 2023. Prior to this role, Luke was the District Manager and Marine Park Coordinator for Shark Bay at the Western Australian Department of Parks and Wildlife from January 2019 to July 2023, where responsibilities included the management of the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Shark Bay. Luke's previous experience includes serving as an Environment & Policy Project Officer at Primary Industries and Regions SA, a Senior Environmental Specialist at Chevron, an Environmental Advisor at Mermaid Marine Australia Limited, and an Environmental Scientist at URS Corporation. Luke holds a Bachelor's degree in Marine Biology from Flinders University and a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from the University of Adelaide.
