Anna Lawrence

Anna has responsibility for all legal and compliance matters across the Group. She has a strong track record in optimised legal service delivery supporting transformational business change. Anna qualified as a solicitor at Allen & Overy and has extensive experience in corporate, commercial and compliance matters gained while holding senior legal positions in Europe and Asia at Rolls-Royce, Johnson Matthey, Premier Foods and Kingfisher, before she joined Elementis. Anna holds a BA in Modern Languages from the University of Oxford, a Postgraduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice and is an Associate of the Chartered Governance Institute.
