Edye Bauer

Edye Bauer has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Edye started their career as an associate at Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison in 1997 and stayed there until 2003. Afterwards, they worked as an associate at Heller Ehrman from February to September 2003. Edye then became a principal at Fish & Richardson, P.C. from 2003 to 2006. Edye continued their progress as a member at Mintz Levin from 2006 to March 2013. Subsequently, Edye joined Lytx Inc. as a Senior Director, Legal Counsel from April 2013 to December 2014. Edye then worked at Elements Behavioral Health, first as an Associate General Counsel from 2014 to 2015, and later as a General Counsel, which continued beyond the end date provided. Currently, Edye works as a General Counsel at Discovery Behavioral Health since October 2018.

Edye Bauer completed their undergraduate studies from 1991 to 1994 at the University of Southern California, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations, with a focus on East Asian Area Studies. In 1992 to 1993, they attended Waseda University as part of an international school program. Later, from 1994 to 1997, Edye enrolled in Stanford Law School, where they obtained their Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree in Law.
