Giuseppe Catella, MBA, has over 18 years of work experience in various roles within the finance and real estate industries.

Giuseppe began their career at Pirelli RE in 2002, where they worked as a Financial Analyst until 2005. Giuseppe then joined Bank of America Merrill Lynch, serving as a Global Principal Investment Manager from 2005 to 2008.

In 2009, Catella joined Raetia SGR, a Real Estate Asset Management company, where they worked as a Fund & Investment Manager. During their time at Raetia SGR, they managed a mixed-use fund with €250 million in assets under management for three years.

In 2013, Catella joined CDP Cassa Depositi e Prestiti, a National Promotional Bank, as a Fund & Investment Manager at CDP Real Asset SGR. Giuseppe played a key role in setting up the first Italian Tourism Fund of Funds, with €1.1 billion in assets under management, investing in leisure assets such as hotels and resorts. Giuseppe also originated, negotiated, acquired, and leased more than 10 hotels and resorts, with a total investment exceeding €400 million. Additionally, Catella developed a new strategic sector focused on asset reconversion and structured three social housing funds.

In 2016, Catella founded and served as an Investor Relator for Eligo Milano, a fashion tech company publicly traded on Euronext Growth Milan. The company offers personal online shopping assistance and manages a Live Commerce platform.

Giuseppe Catella, MBA, pursued their education in various institutions over the years. Giuseppe started their academic journey at Liceo Classico Socrate from 1993 to 1998, where they obtained a Diploma in Human Arts. Following that, they enrolled at Università Bocconi from 1998 to 2002, focusing on Corporate Finance. In 2001, Giuseppe attended UCLA Anderson School of Management, concentrating on Money Banking and Financial Institutions. Continuing their education, they joined FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas in 2002, completing a Master's degree in International Finance and Managerial Accounting. Lastly, from 2014 to 2016, they pursued and successfully attained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from SDA Bocconi.
