Keishy Margus has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. From 2013 to 2016, they served as the General Manager of Eivere Manor, a small hotel, restaurant, and tourism business. Keishy was responsible for managing the daily operations and a team of around 10 people.
In 2016, they joined Minubeebi as a Content Manager, where they played a significant role in the establishment of the e-marketplace for baby goods in Estonia. Keishy contributed to reaching the company's goals until January 2020.
Since 2019, Keishy has been working at Elisa Eesti AS, initially as an HR Consultant specializing in technical recruitment. In November 2020, they took on the role of Head of Talent Acquisition, where they are responsible for planning, improving, and implementing recruitment processes and strategies. Keishy leads the recruitment team, manages the recruitment budget, and ensures the smooth onboarding and offboarding of employees. Additionally, Keishy provides HR guidance and support to managers and employees, manages employment relations, and actively engages in employer branding activities.
Keishy Margus completed their education at the Tallinna Majanduskool / Tallinn School of Economics from 2020 to 2022. They pursued a field of study in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General. Prior to that, Keishy attended Miina Härma Gymnasium from 2009 to 2012. In addition to their academic qualifications, Keishy Margus has obtained several certifications, including a Tech Sourcing Certification Course from AmazingHiring Global in June 2020, Internationally Certified user of Thomas International's Personal Profile Analysis (PPA) from Thomas International in May 2019, Working environment specialist from Personaliekspert OÜ in January 2019, and HR Specialist from Personaliekspert OÜ in June 2018.
