Simo Lattu has extensive experience in sales management and team leadership, currently serving as Team Manager for Online Sales at Elisa since April 2014, where responsibilities include team coaching, development, and fostering team culture. Prior to this, Simo held the position of Team Manager for Shop Sales, leading multiple store operations and focusing on sales management and store renewal. Earlier experience includes a role as Sales Manager at KYMP OY, overseeing store and online operations, budgeting, marketing planning, and product selection. Simo also has experience as a Store Manager and Sales Negotiator within KYMP OY, and earlier positions include Seaman with Eckerö Line and Fortum Oil and Gas OY, as well as a Pizza Maker at Kotipizza Group Oy. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Development at Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences, Simo's educational background includes studies at Xamk and a High School Diploma from Rautjärven lukio.
