Pramila Mahanthi

Pramila Mahanthi is a professional with a diverse background in education and recruitment. Currently employed as a Senior Benchsales Recruiter at Elite Tech Group of Companies since September 2022, Pramila specializes in sourcing top talent by obtaining updated resumes from consultants and identifying optimal job requirements through various channels. Prior to this role, Pramila served as a Lecturer in Chemistry at The Narayana Group from June 2019 to August 2022, where responsibilities included teaching IIT and Board syllabus and assisting in laboratory preparations.
