Amelia Damlo has extensive work experience spanning over three decades in various pharmacy and healthcare-related roles. Their most recent role is as a Regional Vice President of Sales at Elixir, starting in December 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Solopreneur pharmacist at Adamlo Consulting, LLC starting in April 2022.

Before their current roles, Amelia held the position of Sr Pharmacy Director at UAW Retiree Medical Benefits Trust from May 2021 to November 2021. In earlier stages of their career, Amelia worked at AdvancePCS as a Pharmacist, Clinical Support Services, at the Poison Control Center as a Clinical Staff Pharmacist, at Coram Health Care as a Clinical Staff Pharmacist, and at Northwestern Memorial Hospital as a Clinical Pharmacist.

During their time at Northwestern Memorial Hospital, Amelia served as a hospital pharmacist for HIV, transplant, and hematology/oncology patients. Amelia provided services such as antibiotic pharmacokinetic dosing, anticoagulation monitoring, medication reconciliation, patient profile review, and clinical pharmacy support in the emergency department.

Amelia Damlo holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree (PharmD) from the University of Illinois, which they obtained from 1992 to 1996. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy at Drake University from 1987 to 1992. In addition to their formal education, Amelia also obtained a certification in "Overcome Overthinking" from LinkedIn in June 2022.
