Stone Shi

Stone Shi has a diverse work experience in human resources and education. Stone started their career as an English Teacher and Assistant to the President of Shanghai Normal University from 1995 to 1998. Stone then worked as a Trainer at Shanghai Yanfeng Johnson Controls Seating Co., Ltd. from 1998 to 2001. Stone then became a Human Resources Officer at International Paint of Shanghai, an Akzo Nobel company from 2001 to 2003. Stone later served as the Human Resources Manager of Yanfeng Jie Hua Group, a subsidiary company of Yan Feng Visteon Automotive Trim System Co., Ltd., from 2003 to 2009. Stone is currently the Human Resources Director Asia at Elkay Manufacturing since 2009.

Stone Shi completed their Master's degree in Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) from The University of Texas at Arlington from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in English from Shanghai Normal University between 1991 and 1995. Stone Shi has also acquired additional certifications, including "Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences" and "How to Be a Good Mentee and Mentor" from LinkedIn in 2021.
