Chris Southwell

Chris Southwell has held various leadership roles in the electrical and engineering sectors, currently serving as General Manager at Elmleigh Electrical Systems Limited since February 2016 and as a Board Member at Certsure LLP since July 2024. Southwell is actively involved in the ECA, holding multiple positions including Regional Executive Committee Vice Chair and Branch Vice Chair, among others. Additionally, Southwell has contributed as an Enterprise Adviser for The Careers & Enterprise Company since January 2020 and was a Trustee for SUCCESS ACADEMY TRUST until January 2023. Prior management consulting roles took place at R & W FACILIT8 LIMITED and Gero Solutions, alongside an interim position at Universal Fabrications (Coventry) Ltd. Earlier career experiences include serving as Operations Director at Cembre S.p.A. and various management roles at Cembre Ltd. Southwell holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Warwick and a B.Eng (hons) in Production Engineering from Coventry University.
