Laura Blackie

Laura Blackie started their work experience in 2008 as an HR Contact Centre Advisor at HM Prison Service. Laura then moved on to roles such as Project Support/Administrator at the Welsh Assembly Government and HR Administrator/HR Secretary at Saipem Ltd. In 2010, they joined Burberry as an HR Administrator and then became a Retail HR Advisor at French Connection in 2012. Laura then worked as an HR Advisor at Dennis Publishing before joining BBC Worldwide as an HRIS Project Coordinator. In 2015, they became a People Engagement Officer at icare NSW. From 2016 to 2023, Laura worked at ELMO Software in various roles including Implementation Consultant, Lead Implementation Consultant, Client Success Manager, Customer Success Director, and currently as the Head of Client Success.

From 2009 to 2010, Laura Blackie attended Kingston University - CIPD Centre of, where they pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Human Resource Management.
