George - Alex Pozios has a diverse work experience. George - Alex started their career in 1998 as a Communication Coordinator at Gizi medical center S.A. From 2000 to 2002, they worked at L'Oréal as a Sales Marketing professional, where they trained trainers in hair salons and ensured successful product launches. In 2002, they joined Kms California as a Sales Representative, managing high-value accounts in the southern territory of Athens.

From 2004 to 2007, George - Alex Pozios owned Junkyard board shop S.A, demonstrating their entrepreneurial skills. George - Alex then worked as a Technician Orthotic Prosthetic at KIFIDIS Orthopedics from 2007 to 2009.

At Nike, they served as a Sales Executive from 2009 to 2012, driving growth in selected categories and analyzing market trends. Later, they joined Doctor's Formulas, where they held multiple roles. First, they worked as a Sales Executive from 2014 to 2019, establishing strong relationships with pharmacy buyers and supporting business development. Then, they became a Key Account Manager in 2019, responsible for managing large-value accounts, analyzing market trends, and fulfilling customer needs.

Currently, they are working as a Consumer Health Care Sales Representative at Elpen Pharmaceutical Co. Inc., starting in 2019.
