Rahul Shukla

Rahul Shukla is a Data Scientist at Elutions since June 2023, with prior experience as a Data Science Intern at Proofpoint and a Machine Learning Research Intern at the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO). At Proofpoint, Rahul helped design and implement an end-to-end machine learning pipeline for detecting images of filled-out forms to prevent sensitive information leakage. During the internship at DRDO, Rahul contributed to border surveillance strategies by developing a method for optimal sensor deployment using Genetic Algorithms and terrain analysis. Additionally, as an Undergraduate Student Researcher at Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology, Rahul focused on web mining and machine learning-based web page classification. Rahul holds a Master of Computer Science from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology.
