Louise Coy is an experienced professional with a strong background in research operations and office management. Currently serving as a Senior Research Operations Specialist at Elvie since February 2021, Louise is responsible for participant recruitment, scheduling, legal documentation management, and live research support. Prior to Elvie, Louise held positions at ForgeRock as a Facilities Coordinator, managing office operations and employee wellness initiatives, and worked as an Office Manager at cxpartners and Thresholds Ltd. Educational qualifications include a Prince2 Foundation in Project Management, multiple health and safety certifications, and a CIPD L5 Diploma in HR Management.
