Riccardo Bevilacqua

Riccardo Bevilacqua currently serves as the Interim Associate Dean for Research, Professor, and Faculty Fellow for Faculty Affairs at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University since August 2021. Previously, Riccardo held the position of Associate Professor at the University of Florida from August 2014 to August 2021 and worked as an Assistant Professor at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute from July 2010 to August 2014. Before these roles, Riccardo was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Naval Postgraduate School from April 2007 to April 2010, and served as a Project Engineer at grupo mecanica del vuelo between February 2003 and January 2004. Riccardo earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Applied Mathematics from Sapienza Università di Roma between 2004 and 2007, following a Master's degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering from the same institution from 1997 to 2002.
