Analia Bondanza

Analia Bondanza serves as the Head of Human Resources at Uell since November 2023, leading initiatives for an IHSA start-up. With extensive experience at Emergencias since 2002, Analia has held various roles, including Product Owner and Leader for an innovative health-focused project and leading cultural and digital transformation efforts within the company. Analia has also been responsible for continuous improvement as a Jefa de Mejora Continua, overseeing team development and enhancing operational metrics. Prior to joining Emergencias, Analia worked as a freelance selection consultant at Trilogica and as a trainer and analyst of continuous improvement at Emergencias SA, where key responsibilities included monitoring operations, designing training programs, and analyzing service complaints. Analia holds degrees in Psychoanalysis and Psychology from the University of Buenos Aires and a postgraduate degree in Clinical Psychoanalysis and Research from Nuevo Centro.
