Brittany Werth

Brittany Werth is an experienced professional currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Simplified, where roles have also included Director of Sales and Operations and Sales Director since August 2015. At Simplified, a boutique lifestyle brand founded by Emily Ley, Brittany helps inspire women to embrace joy and simplicity through intentional choices and experiences. Prior to Simplified, Brittany worked at Harland Clarke from May 2011 to July 2015 as a Creative Solutions Coordinator and Proofreader, contributing to award-winning marketing campaigns. Additional experience includes serving as an Executive Assistant at Arbor Healthcare and a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks Coffee Company, alongside a role as Orientation Council Coordinator at Belmont University, where event planning and leadership training were key responsibilities. Brittany holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Belmont University, obtained in 2008.
