Vibhin Vijayan

Vibhin Vijayan has over 15 years of experience in various HR roles. Vibhin started their career at Soundlines Group as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, where they provided recruitment solutions to clients across the Middle East. Vibhin then joined Emaar Industries & Investments as a Human Resources Specialist, gaining experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. Vibhin then worked at Emirates Airlines Group - Flight Catering as an Assistant HR Manager, overseeing recruitment, employee relations, and special projects. Vibhin later joined Emitac Mobile Solutions as an HR manager, focusing on talent acquisition for the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and Europe markets. Vibhin then moved to Emitac Enterprise Solutions as the Head of HR, before assuming their current role as the Group Head of HR at Emitac. In this role, they are responsible for leading the HR digital transformation and implementing best industry practices for the group across the GCC region.

From 2007 to 2009, Vibhin Vijayan attended Manipal Academy of Higher Education. During this time, they pursued an MBA degree with a specialization in Human Resources.
