Dan Graovac

Dan Graovac, MHSA, currently serves as the Chief Revenue Officer at Employees First since April 2024. Prior to this role, Dan held key positions in various organizations including Vice President of Growth at Mightier, and Head of Sales at Grokker, where significant revenue generation was achieved through large employer partnerships. Dan's extensive experience in healthcare solutions includes leadership roles at Conduent, Buck, and Linkwell Health, focusing on private healthcare exchange strategies and wellness partnerships. Dan also founded GForce Multisport, specializing in training for endurance athletes, and has a strong background in sales and client services from previous positions at HDMS, TrestleTree, and Thomson Reuters. Dan holds an MHSA in Healthcare Administration from the University of Michigan and a BA in Biology from the University of Rochester.
