Horace Williams

Horace Douglas Williams is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in user experience design and business development. Currently serving as a Strategic Advisor and Business Development specialist at The Union Fit Hub and as Director of Design at Publicis Health, Horace also operates as an SMB Business Design Consultant and Strategic Advisor with Brand & Equity. Over seven years, notable experience includes contracting as a UX Principal/Architect for major firms such as Ernst & Young, PNC Bank, and Coca-Cola. As the founder of the tech company EMPOWRD, Horace developed a platform aimed at enhancing civic engagement. Previous roles include Vice President at the William Oliver Home Owners Association and Director of User Experience Design at Oracle, following an acquisition of Vitrue, Inc., where significant leadership in creative services was demonstrated. Horace holds a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Communications Systems from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.
