Ross Hayward

Ross Hayward has extensive experience in the legal field, specializing in corporate law. Ross has worked at EMW Law LLP since 2017, starting as a Legal Director in April 2023. Prior to this, they held roles as a Corporate Associate, Corporate Senior Solicitor, and Corporate Solicitor. At EMW, they provided legal services to UK and global companies. Before that, Ross worked at SA Law LLP as a Corporate Solicitor, where they handled various matters such as mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, and shareholder rights. Ross also completed a trainee solicitor program within the Corporate department at SA Law LLP. Ross began their career as a Legal Assistant at DLA Piper, where they gained experience in consumer credit advertising, intellectual property, and contract law. Ross also had roles as a Civil Finance Caseworker and Legal Caseworker at the Legal Services Commission.

Ross Hayward completed their education in the field of Law. Ross attended Lancaster University from 2003 to 2006 and obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree. Additionally, they attended the College of Law, Chester from 2006 to 2007, where they pursued a Legal Practice Course.
