Joerin Yao

Joerin Yao has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Joerin started their career at Panasonic USA as an Interpreter for Global Communications in Japan from March 2003 to March 2005. Joerin then worked at Covance as an HR Business Partner for Singapore, South Korea, Japan, and The Philippines from April 2006 to May 2012. Following this, they joined City Developments Limited as the Lead for Compensation & Benefits from April 2012 to June 2015, where they managed strategic compensation projects and led a team of HR business partners. Currently, Joerin is working at Enable Consulting Pte Ltd since July 2015 as the Director of Operations HR Services, where they provide strategic HR advisory services, develops HR functions within organizations, and supports HR digitalization plans and change management.

Joerin Yao completed a B.A (Hons) degree in Statistics and Japanese studies from the National University of Singapore from 1999 to 2002. In 2007 to 2008, they obtained a Grad.Dip in Human Capital Management from the Singapore HR Institute.
