David Rothgerber has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and leadership roles. David is currently working at EnableComp as the SVP of MVA Services since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Argos Health as the SVP of Workers' Compensation from February 2019 to April 2022.

In 2017, David was the Director of Accident Programs at RSource - Healthcare Receivables Management, where they managed a department of approximately 100 Patient Advocates. David was responsible for coordinating with provider partners to streamline data and workflow processes in order to recover medical payments on behalf of patients from MVA, Work Comp, and TPL carriers.

From 2014 to 2017, David held two positions at The Rawlings Group. Firstly, as the Director of Subrogation - Workers Compensation Operations, where they oversaw a department of around 50 analysts and established productivity metrics, quality review benchmarks, and recovery goals. Secondly, they served as the Director of Audit Operations, collaborating with an internal team of 50-plus recovery analysts to improve processes and procedures to drive increased recoveries and revenue.

David's experience also includes working at MedAssist, a Firstsource company, as the Director of Early Out Receivables (Revenue Cycle) from 2008 to 2014. In this role, they managed a department of over 100 staff and provided revenue cycle solutions to various healthcare providers, exceeding revenue expectations by implementing the latest technology.

Prior to that, David worked at Humana Inc as a Contracts Process Manager from 2006 to 2008 and at Mapother & Mapother, PSC as a Collection Manager from 1993 to 2006. In the latter position, they managed collections staff and developed collection strategies for the law firm.

David Rothgerber attended Xavier University from 1990 to 1993. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Economics.
