Alejandra Sarria Grande

Alejandra Sarria Grande has a solid work history in the human resources field. Alejandra began their career at The Adecco Group in December 2016, where they worked as a Técnico de Recursos Humanos until December 2017. In January 2018, they joined Endalia as a BPO HR Consultant and held this position until February 2022. Alejandra then advanced to the role of BPO HR Expert from February 2022 to November 2022. Currently, they are employed as the HCM BPO Lead at Endalia, a position they have held since December 2022.

Alejandra Sarria Grande completed their education at the Universidad de Zaragoza from 2009 to 2012, where they obtained a Diploma in Relaciones Laborales. Alejandra later pursued further studies at the Küpnel Escuela de Negocios from 2016 to 2017, where they earned a Master's degree in Dirección y Gestión de RRHH (Human Resources Management and Leadership).
