Julian Williams started their career at Gillette Group UK Ltd in 2000 as a Senior Business Manager, where they led the marketing efforts for the Gillette Blade & Razor business unit. During their time there, they successfully launched the Mach 3 Turbo razor and oversaw the retail introduction of the Gillette For Women Venus razor.
In 2004, Julian joined Energizer Holdings as the Category Development Director in the UK. Over the next few years, they held various roles within the company, including Category Development Director for Personal Care in Europe and Category Development Director for Energizer Canada, where they were responsible for category development across both the Personal Care and Household divisions. In 2015, they became Americas Director for Insights & Category Management before moving into a global role as the Global Director for Pricing Architecture & Trade Investment.
In their most recent role at Energizer Holdings, Julian served as the VP of International Trade and Business Development. Julian'sresponsibilities included overseeing trade development and revenue management internationally.
Overall, Julian has extensive experience in category development, trade and business development, and marketing within the consumer goods industry.
