John Topmiller, PE, LEED AP, CEM, serves as the Engineering Manager at Energy Systems Group (ESG) since April 2022, overseeing project development and design for major infrastructure and energy improvement initiatives. Previously, John held positions as Senior Project Manager at Specialized Engineering Solutions, and as Senior Project Development Manager at SitelogIQ, focusing on engineering solutions and facility challenges. At Siemens, John managed project development and energy engineering for performance contracts, and earlier at Honeywell, played multiple roles including Engineering Manager, Supervisor for Solutions Development, and Energy Engineer, focusing on energy efficiency in various sectors. John holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Dayton, a Master of Science in Energy Management from the New York Institute of Technology, and certificate studies in Business Administration and Management from the Penn State Smeal MBA Program.
