Philippe Cantin

Philippe Cantin is Vice President of Corporate Finance and Investor Relations. In this role, Philippe is responsible for implementing Enerkem’s financial strategy, project funding, and communications with investors.

Mr. Cantin brings over 15 years of experience in transactional finance to the organization. Prior to joining Enerkem in 2017, Mr. Cantin spent 12 years in the investment banking industry working for a Canadian chartered bank. Based in Montreal, he advised corporate clients on numerous sell-side and buy-side Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), as well as equity and debt financings.

Mr. Cantin holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Finance from McGill University.
