Peyton Dang

Peyton Dang is currently an Electrical Engineer and Embedded System Developer at Enflite, LLC. Previously, Peyton worked as a Chef at Sandoitchi, a successful start-up restaurant with a unique "Pop Up" concept that attracted a following of over 62,000 people. Peyton holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Systems Engineering Technology from Texas A&M University, where they also studied Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering.
